It’s only been around 6 weeks, I have noticed my nails are stronger and my hair feels thicker- , I have been waiting to see a difference in my skin , I feel that has taken longer for me to notice any change however I today passed a mirror and actually did a retake because I did actually notice a glow , I quickly thought did I have makeup on?
