I used to take collagen tablets and it has been rough on my guts. I get bloated easily and have digestive issues. The liquid collagen is great for absorbing and doesn’t taste bad. Only complaint I have is the sachets are poorly designed, so hard to open and you often need scissor to cut them, becomes annoying when you’re travelling.
