Iv been on this collagen for approx 12 weeks, within the first 2 weeks I noticed a difference in my skin. It had more glow and shine to it. People have often thought I have makeup on when I go to get facials. This a great product for the skin, it seems far superior to the collagen powders that iv tried. I am now into my 10th week of using the marine collagen and i noticing much thicker stronger hair. My skin is clearer, brighter and plumper with my fine lines diminishing. My nails are also starting to get stronger and grow which is exciting because I have never had good nails after years of nail biting and using gel.
