I’ve been taking these for 4 weeks now and was impressed enough after two weeks to get a subscription. They taste great, are SO convenient to take (I grab one on my way out the door for the morning school run and have it in the car), and there are noticeable differences in my hair, nails, and the finer lines around my eyes already. I’m looking forward to seeing how things continue to progress over the next couple of months.
