The Promoter

This competition is conducted by Calmerceuticals Pty Ltd, ABN 33 678 283 497, located at Level 1, 60 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia.

Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees, agents, or immediate family members of Calmerceuticals or its associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

Promotion Period

The competition opens at 12:00AM AEST on 19 June 2025 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on 30 June 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Competition Overview

Calmerceuticals is launching a new product in July 2025. To celebrate, we are inviting our community to guess what the product is, and provide a creative explanation as to why they made that guess.

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

How to Enter

To enter:

1. Follow @calmerceuticals on Instagram

2. Tag a friend in the comments on one of the official competition posts

3. Comment with your guess of what the new Calmerceuticals product will be

4. Include a creative explanation supporting your guess

Only one entry per person will be considered. All entries must be original and made publicly on eligible Calmerceuticals competition posts.

Judging & Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by a panel of Calmerceuticals representatives.

Judging criteria include:

- Creativity of the explanation

- Originality of the entry

- Insightfulness in connecting the guess to the brand or clues

Only entries that correctly identify the product will be considered. Among those, the most creative and insightful

explanation will determine the winner.

The decision of the judging panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

- A two-night stay for two at The Langham, Sydney (valued at approx. $1,200 AUD)

- A 3-month subscription to the upcoming Calmerceuticals product (valued at approx. $450 AUD)

- A 60-minute couples massage voucher (valued at approx. $350 AUD)

Total prize value: Approx. $2,000 AUD

Travel to and from the accommodation is not included. Prize components are not exchangeable, transferable, or

redeemable for cash.

Winner Notification & Announcement

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and announced on @calmerceuticals Instagram Stories on 1 July 2025.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize will be awarded to the next best eligible entry, as judged by the panel.

Privacy

By entering the competition, entrants consent to Calmerceuticals using their name and entry (including screenshots) for promotional purposes across its website, social media, and marketing channels.

Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Calmerceuticals Privacy Policy and used solely for administering this competition and delivering the prize.

General Conditions

- Calmerceuticals reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

- Entries that are defamatory, offensive, or breach any laws or Instagram?s guidelines will be disqualified.
